Shipping Policy
Once the quote or cart is approved and successful payment the order will be shipped within 2-3 days after the confirmation through our courier partner. If you want your courier partner to ship the order do let us know after placing the order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, if you do not wish to receive the product after it has shipped, you may refuse the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver your package.
Refund Policy
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Product
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or broken, you are eligible for a full refund.
Wrong Product Received
If the product delivered is not what you ordered, we will issue a refund or replacement as per your preference.
Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
